Project Handled:-• Majlis Oman – Parliament Building (2011 - 2013)• The Wave Retail Mall & Apartment Building (2013 - 2015)• Oman Exhibition & Convention Centre (2015 - 2016)• BP Khazzan Gas Project (2016 - 2018)Responsibilities:-• Plan and co-ordinates all on site MEP activities to comply with applicable contract documents and project specifications.• Establish and conduct internal audit to ensure quality control requirements are met and recommends acceptance or rejection of all MEP works in process as well as completed work items in compliance with applicable codes and specifications.• Assists in the preparation and review of MEP shop drawings, Material approvals (MAS), Method statement (MST), as-built drawing and other submittals. • Process request for information (RFI) and Technical Queries (TQ) through appropriate parties on a timely basis to ensure the prompt flow of work.• Check & ensure that current and accurate approved drawings are used by the site team and all MEP systems are installed within the space constraints as per the approved drawings• Ensure that accurate as built documents are provided by company and sub-contractors to the client.• Closely liaison with project team to ensure smooth interface and sequencing of MEP systems with various trades. • Assist in reviewing purchase documents to ensure compliance with quality control requirements and to ensure all MEP materials received on the project site are in compliance with contract documents and approved submittals.• Implement and aggressively enforce company safety program and practices to create a safe and healthy work environment.• Supervising the work performed by the subcontractors under my jurisdiction by regular site inspections to ensure that it adheres to the project specifications and quality requirements.

Responsibilities:-• Plan and analyze all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the project management for approval prior to execution at site• Interpret construction drawing and applicable standards of specifications prior to execution of any job• Review Electrical design specification and drawings.• Co-ordination and preparation of material approvals (MAS), shop drawings (SD), method statement (MST), As-built drawings etc.• Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with approved construction drawing, project specification and approved method statement• Support the project management in accomplishing all the goals and target for the electrical work at site• Ensuring the quality control processes in place are followed in order to attain the overall project performance and also maintaining the HSE standard of the project• Ensure the quality and standard of the works as per project requirements by regular site visits.• Attending site progress meeting with client /consultant on weekly basis• Conduct meeting with other MEP departments & sub-contractors as per site requirements.• Assign targets for accomplishment and ensure targets are met on daily basis by site team• Carry out necessary follow-up with vendors/suppliers/subcontractors for timely execution and delivery of the ordered items• Inspect the materials delivered to the site store and there upon prepare/submit the material inspection request (MIR) to the consultant• Preparing weekly and daily progress report and submitting to the project manager and highlighting the problems affecting the site progress of work• Prepare request for inspection (IR) and conduct inspection with consultant /client.• Prepare request for information (RFI) on timely basis to avoid rework and ensure the prompt flow of work on site• Checking the work progress is in line with the construction program
