- Presently associated with VEDANTA ALUMINIUM LIMITED, JHARSUGUDA as a Sr. Associate Officer in Cast House.- A result oriented and dynamic professional with more than 10 years of rich experience in Cast House(Billet casting machines, Slab and T-Ingot casting machines ) from Commissioning.- Analyze production metrics and identify areas for improvement and Inventory management.- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of production issues and implement solutions.- Ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of production planning and execution.- Use Excel and other data analysis tools to create reports and track performance metrics.- Efficient safe operation as a shift in charge. Planning and organizing the shift production and meet its target with zero breaks down. Performing and delivering result in tight time schedule in wide range of assignment both individual as a part of team To provide quality standard with international specialization or satisfying the needs of domestic and export customer i.e. to achieve zero non-conformities in quality. - Co-ordination with Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and other services and enabling Dept. for proper preventive / breakdown maintenance of various units. Supervision of on-going in-house project and contractor’s job erection and commissioning of newly installed equipment. O&M and process planning of various units. - Execution of TQM initiatives like 5S,Lean SIX-SIGMA and QUALITY CIRCLES to achieve WORLD CLASS STANDARDS in manufacturing.
