• Manufacturing of 3 Part and 5 Part Hematology Reagents.• Manufacturing of Biochemistry Reagents.• Manufacturing of Rapid Card Test.• Manufacturing of ELISA Test• Daily Production Planning.• Troubleshooting of Biochemistry, Serology, Rapid Card, ELISA, and Hematology products.• Handling of quality complaints and response to technical query/complaint to customers / sales team.• Provide practical and technical training to sales and marketing team for Diagnostics (IVD) products and instruments i.e. Elisa, Biochemistry, Serology, Rapid Cards and Hematology.• Retrieval and control of issued BPR’s, training records, new supplier/product development records.• Developed and Review of Art works of new products.• Data generation for Monthly/weekly report• To execute the plan for testing schedule of Quality Control IVD products daily.• New vendor/supplier development for RM and PM and verification for sourcing of RM/PM/goods from local/imported venders with cost effective manner without compromising on quality their testing and documentation.

Job Profile• Testing as well as documentation of Bulk, In process samples and Stability Products of Biochemistry as well as Rapid.• Preparation of Specifications, STPs, SOPs, Panel Record• Responsible of GMP, GLP & Maintenance Documents• Raw & Packaging Material Checking & Specification• Perform Line immunoassay, Immuno Fluorescence Assay , ANCA• Preparation & up gradation of Stability Calendar• DM Water Testing• Daily monitoring of Temperature & Humidity of Stability Chambers (Deep freezer, Dehumidified Controlled Room, Data Logger, Oven, Incubator etc.)• BPR Preparation• Using ERP for Issuing & Stock Checking Purpose
