Worked in Rajasthan State Industrial Development & investment Corporation (RIICO) in various positions .RIICO is a state Government Undertaking engaged in fostering the growth of Industrial Development in the state of Rajasthan.Acquired huge experience in project identification, formulation, appraisal, financing, implementation and monitoring, Policy formulation, Business Development, Environmental Management, Special Economic Zones etc.

After taking reins of CDOS as its CEO ,in 2003 I took this organisation to next Orbit by embarking upon series of new initiatives and activities and strengthening the Brand Equity of Indian Stone Industry and CDOS.Successfully implemented United Nations Development Organisation's(UNIDO) National Program For Development of Indian Stone Industry(NPDSI) , Lot of Capacity Building was done for the sustainable growth and development of Indian Stone Industry.Visited Kabul Afghanistan as a Stone Expert in 2007 as one of the members of a UN Mission to develop Post War development strategy for Afghanistan. Successfully Organised six Editions of India Stone Mart. Conceptualized and organised six editions of Global Stone Technology Forum(GSTF) in 2005 technical conference on Stone Industry first time in India facilitating effective interfacing of Technology Providers with the users i.i the stone industry.Instituted and successfully organised 7 editions of All India Stone Architectural Awards(AISAA) since 2009 .This helped tremendously bringing architects closer to the industry and encouraging use of natural stones .For the first in India conceived,designed and established Jaipur Architectural Festival(JAF) as a concurrent event to India Stone Mart in 2015 .Established Stone Testing Laboratory at CDOS in 2006 for testing of various physico mechanical properties of Stones which contributed immensely promoting the "Scientific Selection Of Stones"Aslo obtained NABL accreditation for the same. Started Architect"s Visit Programs on regular intervals to major stone clusters to expose architects to the stone industry and establish linkages with the industry.Facilitated publication of "Stone Edge", a monthly magazine,on Stones, Stones Of Rajasthan, Stone Crafts Of Rajasthan A Manual and Guide . Published various papers and participated in many conferences as Resource person in India and abroad.Imparted training to mine owners, artisans etc.
