· Responsible for Dealing with the site people regarding elevation, site dimension, cutting list.· Delegating work duties to individual staff members.· Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff.· Reporting of related progress to higher authorities.· Developing, managing and implementing promotions in order to drive sales.· Track attendance, schedule vacations, ensures compliance to the employee handbook, etc…· Conduct daily shift meetings to keep employees aware of production levels, delivery performance, quality, overtime, upcoming events, etc…)· Supervise daily staffing and output levels to meet or exceed planned productivity levels.· Motivate, provide clear direction and set expectations for new and existing hourly and temporary personnel.· Ensure that all hourly and temporary personnel have the training needed, the tools required and are held accountable to set expectations.· Supervise the production of parts to meet or exceed customer / design specifications to be at, or below, planned customer concern and scrap levels.· Participate in problem solving teams to identify root cause and corrective actions to resolve quality related issues.· Supervise the daily production of parts according to the production schedules (schedule compliance) to minimize past due orders and maximize on time delivery.· Ensure employee safety by ensuring all safety devices are in use and the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times.· Report all accidents / near misses to the operations manager and safety manager within 24 hours. · Assist with implementing and sustaining corrective actions Ensure associates within a specific production area attend all safety related training events.· Support continuous improvement efforts within a specific production area.

· Responsible for Preparation cutting List of aluminum curtain walls, structural glazing, doors, windowsand ACP system.· Preparation of cutting list for both aluminum and glazing.· Preparation of shop drawing.· Reporting of related progress to higher authorities.· Dealing with the site people regarding elevation, site dimension, cutting list, aluminum composite panel,glazing work and other modification.· Dealing with the fabrication department for proper fabrication of product.
