With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Tata Motors Limited, I am an achievement-driven professional currently seeking a leadership position focused on group-level initiatives that enhance synergy and standardize strategic priorities. My journey began as a Maintenance Engineer in Jamshedpur, and I have progressively advanced to a key corporate role at Bombay House, demonstrating professional integrity and a commitment to continuous learning.Currently, I lead JLR Operations at Tata Motors Passenger Vehicle Ltd. (TMPVL) in Pune, overseeing the assembly of iconic models such as the Range Rover and Jaguar. I successfully localized the Range Rover for the first time outside the UK and spearheaded significant projects like the JLR I6 engine and Defender localization program. My focus on operational excellence extends to leading sustainability initiatives, including the ongoing RE100 efforts and the establishment of India’s largest Solar Car Port Project as well as subsidiarisation of Passenger vehicle division from TML.Previously, as Head of Technical Services, I managed the launch of five new vehicle models and led the ambitious transition to BSVI compliance. I played a crucial role in executing India's largest On-site Solar PPA contract with Tata Power, significantly increasing our renewable energy capacity while driving substantial energy conservation through innovative projects.I am proud to have been a key negotiator in joint ventures and demergers, including the successful formation of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. (TMPVL).
