PT IOT EPC Indonesia is a part of IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services which is providing EPC services. Client is Oil Tanking Gmbh Germany. Terminal have storage capacity of 7,60,000 kl and equipped with 04 nos Jetty, Floating Roof/Cone roof/Dome roof type 37 nos of tanks, Centrifugal/Twin screw Pumps for ship loading & Unloading, PIG launcher & receiving facility, MOV, HVLR, Diesel Engines, OWS unit, Nitrogen Unit, Air Compressor and close loop firefighting network. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• As a commissioning Engineer verifying the all pipelines, Equipment’s as per As-built drawings.• Leak test of all pipelines valves & Flange connections to ensure no leakage during operation.• Tank inspection inside & outside and after inspection box-up of all tanks. • Operations of all equipment’s like pumps, MOV’s, HOV’s, Fire Engines, OWS System, ATG, TE etc.• Safe operation during first shipment on Jetty.• Resolving of identified problems during pre-commissioning checks.• Coordination between client & project team.

IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Ltd (A 50-50% joint venture between IOCL, India and Oil tanking, Germany) have Operation and Maintenance contract of HPCL Mundra-Delhi-Pipeline Terminals. Jaipur Terminal is also one of the Tap- off point in MDPL, which have class A and class B products storage & Distribution facility. Terminal have storage capacity of 36668.8 kl and equipped with Floating Roof tanks, Centrifugal Pumps for product feeding, TT Gantry, Pneumatic Type ROSOV, MOV, HVLR, RIM seal fire protection system, Diesel Engines, UG tanks, Dosing systems, TT Calibration facility, ETP unit and close loop firefighting network. MAINTENANCE-IN-CHARGE• As a maintenance In charge looking after all Preventive/Corrective/Breakdown maintenance activities of all equipment’s likes- Horizontal & vertical type Centrifugal pumps, FR Tanks, All type of Valves, Loading Arms and other maintenance related issues..• Issuing online Permits for Hot/cold/height/Confine space work and carrying out all the works in safe manner with ensuring Safety First.• Looking after all activities related to A/G Tank cleaning, De-commissioning and re-commissioning of tanks and Tank inspections activities etc.• Looking after all procurement for maintenance related material and also preparing approval notes and purchase orders for purchases & AMC• Also looking after all MBLRC recommendation works execution and helping hands for Project engineer at site. OPERATIONS• As earlier worked in Operation Department have knowledge of Operational activities like Gantry, Tank farm, Control room operations. • Have knowledge of Calibration of Tank Trucks to maintain accuracy during product filling.• Following SOP/COP and safety standards during Operations.• Presenting HSSE Training and Toolbox talk to related work personnel’s.• Have knowledge of control room operations having system of TFMS, TTES, Safety PLC and JDE etc.
