• In-charge of the execution works at site.• Good exposure in implementation of Alimunium / Mivan formwork shuttering.• Optimize, increase productivity, minimize wastage as per the sustainability principles.• Responsible for the on-site safety, quality and environmental performances. • Monitor and maintain construction productivity and spending in line with budget.• Recognize and record change in technical and construction areas of the project.• Liaise closely with HSE and Quality teams in order to continually monitor and improve safety quality and environmental performances.• Liaise closely with planning to establish, monitor and maintain progress.• Establish and develop appropriate skill levels within the workforce.• Prepare and submit all necessary submissions relating to construction of the works in accordance with contract requirements.• Manage turnover, Project Margin, Wastage Control and Turn Around Time.• Communicate all construction issues amongst the construction team.• Develop and review construction methodology with a view to improving efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.• Identify and manage all risks associated with the execution of works.• Ensure compliance to company standards in terms of quality, safety and sustainability

• Proper Execution and handling of Mivan / Aluminium Shuttering work (Peri Formwork)• Responsible for Project Execution, Site Management, Site Supervision, quality control.• Execution of all Civil & steel structural and finishing work in Building Projects. • Setting out Projects Work in accordance with drawing and Specifications.• Prepare of Bar-bending Schedule.• Proper co-ordination with Client & Contractor and to attend meeting regarding site progress.• Monitoring and inspecting the work of sub-contractors.• Proper Monitoring of works at Site with all Quality & Safety norms and reporting to PM.• Responsible to make justification of departmental labour, Control sheet.• Responsible for Reconciliation of building material monthly. • Responsible for identification of extra item and preparation of rate analysis to approve the same from client.• Responsible to minimize wastage of Construction Material.• Responsible to make schedule of work (On MSP) as per scheduled time. • Regular site visit to review the on-site construction activities, check proper Implementation of design.

• Responsible for making Client and contractors bills monthly.• Responsible to make justification of departmental labour, Control sheet, sub-contractors payment. • Responsible for Reconciliation of building material monthly.• Responsible for identification of extra item and preparation of rate analysis to approve the same from client.• Responsible to make MIS reports.• Responsible to make escalation.• Responsible to minimize wastage of Construction Material.• Responsible to make schedule of work (On MSP) as per scheduled time. • Responsible to keep records of delays caused by Client/inclement weather condition.• Responsible for comparative statement and work orders of PRW’s.• Regular site visit to review the on-site construction activities, check proper Implementation of design.• Responsible to make daily progress report (DPR).• Responsible to make weekly progress report (WPR).• Responsible to for Maintain Drawings & records of receiving & issuance.• Responsible to maintain complete records of Correspondence with client and PMC.
