• Responsible for development & modification in SMT & WSM line manufacturing process for Productivity & Quality improvement.• Analyses SMT, MI, WSM, Case assembly & Potting line defects & find out the root cause of the problem and take CAPA action effectively to avoid recurrence.• Ensuring the MTTR & MTBF targets (Why why analysis, downtime tacking). • Responsible for resolve SMT & WSM machines process related breakdown And Control PnP machine component droppage, take corrective & preventive action.• Responsible for NPI related activities like SMT line machine programming & execution with process validation.• Design & develop Stencils, Wave palate, tools & fixtures and validate them before handover to production.• Design & implement production PFD, PFMEA, Control plan & Work Instructions.• Reduction in cycle time by using tools & techniques on line. And work on reduce scrap.• Attend and give feedback in daily meetings of line rejection, disposal/scrap & downtime with Quality or concern department.• Interacting with Technicians, operators & with several other teams in daily basis, to establish team values, goals & to sustain team performance
