I am currently working with SRIJAN (Self Reliant Initiatives through Joint Action) from 1st June, 2015 in Partnership block of (SRIJAN & Rajeevika) in Nainwa Block of Rajasthan State on theme Community Institution Building of Self Help Group.I had an unique experience to work with people and administration on parallel basis. On one hand, I have been working with community & institutions for poor to build their capacity and help them access their rights and entitlements and on the other to improve service delivery under poverty alleviation schemes at the district and state level. I have constantly analyzed the impact and implementation of developmental schemes in the district.Working with SRIJAN has helped me understand its operations, culture and its different aspects of management. I believe I can help in better implementation of welfare and poverty alleviation programs.
