Contract T315 is for the construction of addition & alteration works to the existing Tanah Merah Station and the construction of new and existing viaducts along the East West Line. The new viaducts have a total length of 4.7km. The existing Tanah Merah MRT Station will be extended on the East, West and North face, with a new platform to service a new track line. The upgraded Tanah Merah MRT Station is to be 250m in length & 39m in width. Two additional Entrances C & D, will be linked to the Main Tanah Merah MRT station through a new subway connecting under New Upper Changi Road.• Prepared Baseline programs, program narrative, resource loading, cost loading, S-curve, critical path.• Prepared working programs to catch up for project delays.• Preparation & submission of weekly reports/month reports to management & client.• Monitor project progress in reference to baseline schedule & update the management/client through detailed progress reports (with S-curves, plan vs actual, forecast, grant charts, look ahead plan & photos).• Effectively coordinating work activities based on schedule among construction team and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of projects.• Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment).• Ongoing project required track access from SMRT within Engineering Hours to carry out CIS girders, segments/beams launching, steel roof installation works near existing viaduct & station). So, prepared detailed breakdown schedule with sequencing for these works when require track access. Set up WBS, activities & resource loading in P6 & regularly updated the client on track access requirement in timely manner.• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims.• Prepared EOT claims & substantiation for delays. Successfully obtained EOT for ongoing project.• Prepared Co-Ordinated Installation Programme involving SWCs works for degree completion, Trip & shutdown works.
