• Accountable for overall project management for serialization projects using appropriate project planning tools. Communicate milestones, critical path activities and project health to Management.• Assist with customer supply agreements/contracts during project development.• Work cross functionally with shared departments and Customer Facing Teams to ensure overall project efficiency and completeness.• Ability to confidently address upper management with accurate, timely status updates for all serialization projects.• Responsible for leading Project Team and provide guidance to Customer Facing Teams in Technical Kick Off Meetings for serialization projects.• Review and assist Customer Facing Teams in all serialization related documentation changes.• Provide suggestions for packaging solutions in the areas of design and specification management for serialization related programs.• Regularly meet with site leadership and Customer Facing Teams to ensure overall site alignment and readiness for upcoming launches.• Provide a high level overview of lines impacted by serialization.
