Entrepreneurial and Innovative Technologist with sound technical leadership and experience in developing innovative Geo-spatial products and solutions. As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), I lead the Research and Development at SceneSharp. I am an expert in optical sensor data fusion, computer vision and AI based object detection using Multispectral and Hyperspectral data. I have authored numerous research articles on image fusion, object detection and LiDAR. Before joining SceneSharp, I worked with premier organizations such as: Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering, University of New Brunswick, Canada; Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India, and Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), India where I have successfully developed many algorithms for image fusion, LiDAR and image classification . I have also partnered with Department of National Defence (DND), Canada, National Research Council (NRC), Canada and Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) in innovative research projects.
