Current Providing Online as well as Telephonic support to all distributors (Pehla, ART & Firstnet) Coordinating with internal departments like Logistics and Finance to ensure that the distributors receive their hardware, media supporting material as well as their monthly invoicing and billing. Guiding distributors to sort out customer complaints and queries as well as closing customer complaints on their behalf. Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the available products of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization Composing and dispatching daily and weekly Sales Reports and Business Developments to individual distributors Prompt and accurate response to all incoming queries Act as a mediator between the distributors and the organization, ensuring smooth Business Development between the two Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
