I am a passionate Designer, UX/CXM Strategist, and Digital Experience Leader with 17 years of industry experience. Throughout my career, I have worked on defining Customer Experience for Technology Products in various industries including Healthcare, Industrial, Communication, Banking, Finance, Marine Systems, Polymer Solutions, Construction and Mining, and Aerospace. I have a love for deploying innovation and design scenarios across multiple sectors.In addition to my industry experience, I have also held notable positions such as the former Creative Head of the 'Chennai Open' ATP World Tour for IMG and Head of Design for the 'Davis CUP' Playoff. These roles have allowed me to manage cross-cultural and multi-geographical user experience teams. To gain a deeper understanding of UX, customer touchpoints, and the end-user journey. Working locally in Europe and APAC regions has provided me with valuable customer insights.Collaboration is a key aspect of my work, and I have successfully partnered with design firms, vendors, and academia to leverage their skills and expertise. I am particularly passionate about Data-Driven Design models and Accessibility. I always strive to stay informed about the challenges faced by others in the user experience field. To further contribute to the UX community, I have volunteered and been a part of the Core team of the UX India Conference in India for over four years.I am also curious about the new-age technology wave of AI, ML, Blockchain, and their impact on the design ecosystem.
