Prior to this, I headed the Commercial Vehicle and Functional fluids range (B2C) alongwith the entire Automotive OEM portfolio (B2B) for PETRONAS Lubricants which involved managing the P&L for a large portfolio covering a mix of PETRONAS brands as well as key OEM brands (incl CNHi, Sonalika, Bosch, Tata Motors, Fiat, Maruti etc).Earlier, was also part of the core strategy team driving the transformation of the Retail (B2C) business of PETRONAS Lubricants in India. Additionally, I have 5+ years of hands-on strategy / operational consulting experience at Tata Strategic Management Group, a leading Indian management consulting firm. I have significant exposure working with CXO level professionals, in both market leader as well as challenger brands.
