I was working as mechanical maintenance area in-charge. Major job/responsibilities are spare planning, SAP related activities, preventive & scheduled maintenance, vibration analysis (spectrum & waveform analysis), RCA (root cause analysis), Implementing TPM & Fan balancing using CSI 2130 machine. # Spares Planning. Identifying & preparing list of spare parts for each equipment. Created Material master for each equipment.# SAP Plant Maintenance related activities like Purchase Requisition, Notification creation, Order creation, technically completion, AMC order creation, Service Entry & new code generation.# Managing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production unit Indurating Machine-1 & 2 so as to reduce the down time of the plant and improve the reliability of equipment.# Shutdown planning & its execution.# Creation of database & route for vibration analysis of different equipment of different area.# Doing balancing job (single & double plane) of fans.# Fault diagnostics of machinery vibration problems such as bearing defects, Gear wheel defects, Misalignment, Unbalance and Looseness etc. by spectrum and time waveform analysis and recommending appropriate maintenance action..# Key Member of PM Pillar in TPM core team & implementing TPM in Indurating, Ball Mill & conveyor.# To provide all necessary supports to meet the requirement of quality, environment and OHSAS systems.# Participate in Project planning, Co-ordination, Erection, Commissioning of 4.5 MTPA, Pellet Plant (Steel industry).
