Current Project co-ordination & monitoring of all over Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) manufacturing plant (2 lacs MT/Annum). Plant layout as per process and productivity to achieve the maximum target considering future expansions with respect to market demands of various pipe sizes. Project Planning cum Co-ordination, Scheduling & Cost Estimation of Plant. Designing of various machines like Magnesium treatment trolley, Annealing furnace, Zinc coating m/c, Hydro-pressure testing m/c, Cement lining m/c, Steam curing, Bitumen coating m/c in D.I. Pipe Plant. Pipe mould and core design as per D.I. pipe standard and also procurement of moulds, core making unit and coreboxes. Machine part & spare development and modification against Chinese standard and also Procurement of materials locally as per Indian standard. Procurement of refractory materials (bricks, ceramic blankets & modules) for annealing furnace and also monitoring of insulation work inside it. Preparation of B.O.M and Procurement of steel materials for construction of shed & structure. Various material handling arrangement like liquid metal transfer trolleys and pipe transfer trolleys considering load and failure calculations. Also procurement and inspection of E.O.T cranes (35MT, 15MT, 7.5MT, 5MT). Preparation of P&I diagram of Water, Air, Oil and Gas pipe line as per layout of plant. Also procurement of materials required for utilities like centrifugal water pumps, cooling towers, pipes & valves & accessories, air compressors, air receiver tanks, heating & pumping unit, oil fired burners etc. Layout & arrangement of water complex for water treatment, pumping and circulation for machines cooling as per requirement. Preparation of technical comparative statements and finalization of contract for imported machineries. Procurement of dust collection system (bag filter) for pollution control arrangement in plant.
