Work Experience HR & RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR | EMDAD SERVICES | JAN 2016 TO TILL DATERecruitment  Responsible for the recruitment of bule collar employees for various shutdown jobs and projects. Coordinate with the recruitment agencies in India and Pakistan for the manpower recruitment. Coordinate the interview campaign in various locations and report the daily updates to Recruitment Incharge.  Issuing job offers and coordinating with agencies for the visa documentation. Follow up with PRO’s for the visa application tracking. Ticket booking for the newly recruited manpower. Coordinate the onboarding of the new recruits and make sure that the employees are reaching the camp.CICPA Process and Medical Fitness Responsible for the preparation and submission of CICPA applications for the new recruits. Responsible for the timely renewal of CICPA pass of existing employees.  Arranging Medical test for the newly recruited employees. Maintain proper records for the CICPA and Medical fitness and report submission on weekly basis.OPTIMA Process  Create Profile for the new employees in SEATS.  Uploading the necessary documents including the training certificates. Coordinate with hospitals for uploading of fitness certificate in SEATS portal. Regular monitoring and folloups if needed for the issuance of OPTIMA.General Tasks Handling of employee grievances/ complaints and disciplinary issues Handle – resignation, terminations, /Mobilizing in different projects and Countries etc. Responsible for the demobilization of Mission visa employees. Issuing salary advance for the shutdown and project employees.  Supporting the payroll team during bulk mobilization. Assisting the PRO team for the contract submission. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Recruitment in charge and HR manger.P
