I am at the helm of the Automation Center of Excellence (COE) for the International Health business division, leading critical initiatives. I execute a robust hiring plan with a focus on India-based talent recruitment, reducing our reliance on external vendors and fostering in-house expertise. We ensure smooth integration for new hires through effective onboarding processes and establish an internal talent hub for growth via talent development programs and Technology Centers of Excellence (COEs).Additionally, I drive automation initiatives, selecting the optimal codeless tool to expedite processes. I took charge of transitioning QA responsibilities from the client/vendor to Accenture, ensuring a smooth handover. Additionally, I led the establishment of a Test Center of Excellence (TCoE), where I implemented best practices, processes, and tools to standardize our QA operations.My role also involved leading the delivery team, where we closely followed SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. This approach ensured efficient project management and delivery. I was responsible for assembling and leading a high-performing team of more than 150 members, covering various areas such as QA, Test Data Management (TDM), and development projects. In addition, I provided guidance to the test automation team, where we developed automation frameworks and components for System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, and other testing needs.

I performed assessments and analyzed the client's quality assurance procedures, systems, and methods to pinpoint areas in need of enhancement. Following this analysis, I crafted a tailor-made quality assurance strategy aligned with the client's specific goals and industry needs. I also suggested and put into action process enhancements to boost efficiency, minimize defects, and make the most of available resources.

I led multiple teams responsible for delivering testing deliverables, overseeing both System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. I also implemented and managed test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency within set timeframes.Additionally, I ensured that our automation practices complied with industry standards, met compliance requirements, and adhered to security protocols. Within my role, I managed a Data Analytics team, specifically focusing on Splunk, responsible for creating solutions to report JIRA release and automation utilization metrics.In terms of defect management, I took charge of this process and conducted Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to establish preventive measures. I also conducted regular reviews of the RAID log with the project team to identify new risks, assess the status of existing ones, and brainstorm strategies for mitigation.

For requirement gathering and analysis, I used 'behavior-modeling' and implemented Black-box test techniques for test scenarios.To enhance continuous improvement, I applied '5 Whys' and 'Fishbone' techniques for Root Cause Analysis (RCA). I also performed a range of testing types, including Functional, Integration, Configuration, Documentation, Internationalization, and regression testing.
