As a Technical Officer I have got a varied exposure in Technical as well as Administrative fields in the Indian Coast Guard. As a Technical Officer of Indian Coast Guard Ship Kasturba Gandhi at New Mangalore from Jan 2014 to Apr 2015 I have got immense exposure at Technical Management of Ship including the Men and Machineries as well also got exposure to Defence Procurement Manual. The second appointment as Senior Engineer Officer at Indian Coast Guard Ship Samar at Kochi from Apr 2015 to Mar 2017 has given exposure to the working culture in big Ships with more men as well as big machines to be managed and looked after. The exposure to Short Refit of ship at Mumbai by M/S Yeoman Marine was a great experience which involved Major Routines of Main Engines and Diesel Alternator as well as Docking and Undocking of the Ship. The third appointment as Instructor Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala from Mar 2017 to Mar 2019 was a proud and prestigious appointment for me. It involved the training of entire cadets of Indian Naval Academy starting from their training program to daily implementation of the same without fail as per the Annual Training Program. It also included me in the Training of the Cadets in the B Tech program of four years.
