As General Manager  Played a stellar role in the establishment of the unit from its structural stage viz. drawing of machine layout electrical layout, office layout, installation of machinery & furniture, recruitment of the employees, etc.  Completed the first Compliances Audit done by H&M Certified the unit as Green Grade and then unit 19 and acquired the green certification among the garment industry.  Holds the merit of achieving 80% efficiency with the capacity of exporting nearly 20 lakhs garments per annum with 520m/c and 1140 workers for all leading brands viz. Kohl’s, Wal Mart, H&M, Primark, etc. Headed the responsibility of the overall Production and Quality and ensured the achievement of the desired targets.  Proficiently conducted the pre-production meeting for getting the production package.  Pivotal in ensuring the timely completion of production with quality and the same is offered for inspection.  Headed the establishment of the recruitment camp for mobilizing manpower as per the requirement.  Chalked out the policies and procedures for the organisation and ensured strict adherence to the same.  At the time of re-engineering the factory was running at 50% efficiency after re-engineering the efficiency is 80%
