At HyFn Technologies, my main focus was to identify clients, gathering requirements from them, working closely with the development team to deliver quality projects .From finding talents and identifying prospective clients- to final delivery of projects- was a major part of my daily work routine during my tenure with HyFn Technologies. Domain that we worked in:1. Ed-Tech - ERP and LMS for Online Education2. Healthcare Products3. Drone Analysis and Mining Tool

With a couple of projects inside HyFn Games bag, my main focus was understanding the market,doing research on trends, making strategies accordingly and helping the concerned team to implement the required approaches. Along with this, I was involved in leadership, management and direction to evolve myself as a Team Leader.Here are the roles I was responsible for in the following projects:1) SpaceTrap 3D:An Android Sci-Fi multiplayer game that was launched on Play Store in May 2017. Market Research, Game direction and ideation were my key contribution in this.2) Virtual Reality Walk-through for a leading educational institution:From analyzing the requirements of the client to resource planning, selection of technologies as well as team, finalizing the deal with the client to project deliverance was something I contributed to and loved the most.3) Virtual Reality Walk-through for a leading pharmaceuticals company:Having increased the level of detailing in Virtual Reality Walk-through with new innovative ideas syncing with the client's needs was my main focus in this project.All this along with managing the team where everyone had diverse backgrounds was a challenge I enjoyed.

Had the wonderful opportunity to work with students dreaming to start their own ventures while working simultaneously laying the foundation of HyFn Games Pvt. Ltd.(currently known as HyFn Technologies) It helped me in enhancing my own skills and strengthening my own vision of the company while guiding the students with ideas and execution.
