 Implementation of Finacle Treasury Solution in SBM Mauritius and Madagascar - Onsite Worked as Lead for Data Migration activity for Finacle Treasury.Support Lead for Treasury Support after Go-Live and handling 3 resources Understanding Bank current outstanding data and structure and then getting the required information from Bank as per Finacle Treasury requirement to carry out the Data Migration activity. Analysing the Defects/Issues occurring during Data migration and providing solutions/reasons for it. Understanding Scope and new requirements in detail by bridging the Gap between Bank, Accenture, and HP & Infosys. Carrying out SIT, UAT & other Testing’s done by Bank and their Testing partners. Supporting other downstream teams where Treasury data is being used for report building. Preparing and Attending Weekly Status review and other calls for Treasury Application. Doing Reconciliation activity & providing/managing solutions for any issues.Client : State Bank of Mauritius and Madagascar

Implementaion & QA  Working as Lead for Forex Module and giving training to new Joiners. Have a good exposure of interacting with the clients and mapping the same with the Product. Doing Requirement Gathering, Understanding the Client Requirement & Functional Specifications. Writing Business Requirement Document (BRD) basis requirements in hand correlated with system knowledge. BRD walkthrough to development and testing team post BRD release. Giving Training to Business Users on the working of Product (Kastle Treasury). Doing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Executing Test Plans on the basis of Test cases prepared. Doing Functional Testing & System Testing as per the Functional specs. Link between Engineering (Development Team), Quality Assurance Team & Business Users.  Taking estimated timelines from development and testing team to share with business users. Providing business confirmations in various stages of development and testing related to enhancement. Tracking an enhancement till go-live.
