- Manage disputes arising from issuance and acquiring business- Analysis of MasterCard Billing System Report, Visa Integrated Billing System- Report; find out possible incorrect claim of charges and initiate for adjustment.Study periodic bulletin, member letter of Visa/MasterCard, analyze the impactand implement the new rules and regulation as per the decision taken.- Authorizations, merchant/card payment processing, settlement and reconciliationof card transactions and customer query handling- Ensure proper data processing of Credit/Debit Cards and Merchants whichincludes new account creation, transaction processing, billing, payment etc.- Ensure proper Clearing and Settlement and reconciliation of transactions withVisa, MasterCard, Citibank Cards and SCT- Ensure proper and timely reporting of Daily Operations Activities, NRB reports,Monthly exhibits etc.
