 Booking the containers for various types of the cargo. Classification of the cargo as per their tariff group, like HAZ, REF & DRY. To Create Shipping (Export) Documents (i.e. Bill of Lading) as per the Export & Import Requirements by Considering Customer specifications. Pricing & Freighting of the Shipments as per service contract number and PRO-RATE. Handling issues of Amendment regarding Export Documentation. Issuance of original bill of lading after confirmation/approval from the customer. Send the Vessel Arrival Notice to the receiver i.e. consignee or notify party. To Create and send the Invoice of shipment to the customer. To resolve customer queries regarding shipping documents, Rates & status of the shipment. Co-ordination with the Customer & front-offices with the help of Live chat & office communicator.  Co-ordination with team members. Also worked for the Vessel reconciliation, to ensure the container planning before the vessel departure.
