Victorinox is sold through Basecamp. Basecamp is the retail outlet for travel and camping accessories which houses brands like Design Go, Maglite, Laken, Outsider and various others. The entire visual merchandising concept is being handled under my supervision. The responsibilities of the Basecamp stores include the production.and implementation of the branding of the store,the sub-branding for the various brands the store houses and supervise the store set up at the opening of each store (10 stores). Placement and distribution of the displays that are received from the principal companies is also part of the responsibilities.Also handle multi brand outlets for the brands like Victorinox (knives and watches) and Maglite which are sold at various outlets through the country.Shop-in-shop branding also conceptualized and maintained under my supervision.Conceptualizing, creating and implementing all the visual merchandising with keeping in mind the budgets allocated by the company. Putting a plan together for the year for the various seasonal displays to be implemented at the stores and points of sales. Specialize in keeping our branding intact keeping in mind the needs of the clientAnalysis of reports of sales as a result of the change in display of a product/brand.Handling of all kinds of vendors through the country to implement the tasks efficiently.
