 Handling all Fresh Food Supply Chain operations management to cater the stores of Gujarat. Monitor & control of ripening process of banana under CA (controlled and modified atmosphere). Control of Cold Storage management of imported fruits, exotic fruits & vegetables and Dairy-Frozen products.  Ripening process of tropical fruits like mango and papaya under Controlled atmosphere Monitoring of Cut Vegetable and fruit, Sprouts processing, implementation of receiving, material accounting, crate accounting, consumables consumption, hygiene maintenance processes Training work force to align with the Food Safety and Quality as per ISO requirement. Coordination with all categories team of Dairy-Frozen items, Fruits and Vegetable for quality and ensuring timely deliveries to stores. Coordinating with the team of Facility management, distribution and logistics for vehicle capacity utilsation and category management for the efficient supply chain management in Fresh food to the stores of Gujarat state. Waste reduction and shrink control management. MIS reporting for the Fill rate, Weekly Physical Inventory of all items.

 Monitoring cold storage & ripening process management at the City Processing Centre, 120 MT and 90 MT capacities respectively. Ripening process of banana under controlled and modified atmosphere. Coordinating closely with the procurement team for planning the fruits and vegetable arrivals for ripening and cold storage, minimizing wastage and ensuring quality. Training and imparting knowledge on SOPs to ensure all standard norms for Quality & process in value addition of cut fruit & vegetable processing. Critical Spare parts inventory management, maintaining continuous running process industry equipments and AMC administration of machines, generators, etc.

 Setting up village level processing units at various locations of NGO promoted cooperative (pickle, cashew nut & pulp processing).  Coordination with local and district administration in setting up (capacity building, infrastructure and working capital) of processing unit. Coordinating the production, processing & marketing of Cashew nuts, mango pickling, fruit candy, pulps and squashes across 10 cooperatives promoted.

 Handled and processed 120 TPD ripening process of banana and mango. Monitoring and control the process for manufacturing of fruit juices, pulps, purees and concentrates.  Handled production of Banana processing line - 120 TPD; Mango Processing Line – 132 TPD. Production management, in-process quality control, meeting the production standards & targets, maintain the discipline on shop floor, monitor and control the hygienic and sanitary standards and interact with maintenance and quality control personnel. Engaged in R&D of “Onjus”- Orange Juice & “Life”- Mango Nectar and executed the pilot production during the product launch in Tetra Pak and streamlined the process. Plant handled – PLC controlled Aseptic line, fillers, Tetra Pak – Alfa Laval fruit juice line, Fruit Ripening Chambers (Controlled Atmosphere), Vacuum evaporation plant. Contributed to achieve ISO 9002 certification for the management of company.
