Assistant Production Manager
Current• To continuously review the production targets as per plan.• To plan production activities for all shifts.• To ensure that required resources are available in shift. • To ensure that due care is taken while the machine is in operation. • To ensure that raw material is not getting stuck up in one place and that there is a proper flow of material.• To ensure that there is no wastage of electrical energy and other resources. • To maintain the documents as per the Quality Management System.• To ensure proper discipline in work area of down-line staff.• To attend to the basic requirements of staff by coordinating with the other departments.• To evaluate the performance of Junior Staff.• To take stock of WIP (Work in Progress) at different stages and ensure PO confirmations on time.• To ensure good attendance of operators.• To participate in Small Group Activities/continuous improvement projects/initiatives like SPC etc.• To handle the grievances and day-to-day concerns of the Operators and responsible for acting as mediator between the Shop Floor Operators and Management
