Currently, my core domain is managing the processes and systems related to SCM in retail/mfg. oriented environment for fabric to garment related environment, which includes Merchandising Functions, Production Planning Functions, Garment Production Life Cycle, Sales & Distribution (includes various channel of Sales) , Warehousing, CFAs, Distributors, Point of Sale, and Financial activities. We have developed our in-house ERP, which takes care of all such requirements. I also posses strong cross functional knowledge including Financial Accounting System as well. With this advantage, we have also built up inteliigent in-house data warehouse system, which takes care of lot of MIS requirement in various areas at diferent user level.
