QUALITY TECHINICIANSMmanufacturer’s of DIFFERENT TYPES OF LIGHTS, Sensors, etcRoles & Responsibilities: •Studying the COC Requisitions received from the supplier and also Verifying the COC as pre our Quality Requirements•Having Technical and Commercial Discussions with the team regards rejected materials •Visual Iinspection,PCB testing, wire continuity testing, Cables testing as per our standards and also based on our customer requirements,•Developing Alternate zigs and fixtures for Regular items and Special Products. Are new parts•Conducting Vendor Visits to support for our customer on time without missing OTIF.•Analyzing with the Internal Quality team about issues of suppliers regarding the Qualities, Rejections etc.•Inspection of Incoming material and arranging testing if required like Pice part Test, Die Penetrant Test and Non-Destructive Testing at the Vendors place as per the Technical Requirements of the Project; PRESENT WORKING AS A INPROCESS; IN FPS LINE AND ASSEMBLY TESTING,
