Presently, I am working on my own startup venture "Springmedo" which was set up in early 2019. As the founder of the company I have performed a wide range of roles 1. Incorporation of the company and Recruitment2. Design and Development of the Enterprise technology platform and Telemedicine app for mobile devices3. Setting up key partnerships with leading Tier-1 hospitals in India, and other Asian countries of strategic importance to the business4. Joined as a short-term consultant but soon I was appointed as Sr. Head of IT department at NSDC. In this role, I was responsible for overall IT operations at NSDC that included IT infrastructure management, smooth operation of the Skill India Portal aka SIP (https://skillindia.gov.in), the Apprenticeship portal (https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in), data reporting & analytics platform (https://reports.skillindia.gov.in) among a host of other websites, and other enterprise IT assets. My KRA included smooth IT operations with 99.5% uptime, driving RoI through continuous optimizing of cost of operations, leveraging modern technologies for both operations and monitoring, design and development of a modern API framework to enable 3rd party skilling services integrate with SIP and apprenticeship portal, and addition of new central/ state government-run skilling programs on SIP. As Sr. Head of IT, I was also responsible for budget preparation, expense monitoring, procurement, vendor management, process monitoring, and people management.

As a founder of the company I was responsible for:- Direct all organizational operations, policies, and objectives to maximize productivity and return- Technology architecture and roll-out of the website and the mobile app- Digital Marketing- Establishing connections with investors and partners for exploring new opportunities and funding

Worked on a short assignment with NSDC as an IT Expert. The scope of work included1. Perform Cost-Benefit Analysis & Define Enterprise IT Architecture for automation of internal processes of NSDC.2. Gap Analysis of Skill Development Management System (SDMS), a comprehensive software application used by NSDC to manage skill initiatives viz. PMKVY, STAR, etc.3. Bid Management and Vendor Onboarding for development of new SDMS

At UIDAI, I was part of the core Applications team responsible for advocacy and implementation of Aadhaar enabled social welfare schemes. 1. Design, development, and roll-out of mAadhaar (mobile equivalent of physical Aadhaar letter)2. Drafted Aadhaar e-KYC enabled customer acquisition process for the telecom industry in India. 3. Anchored pilot run of Aadhaar enabled Customer Acquisition process for the telecom industry4. Worked closely with the Indian Railways in the design of Aadhaar authentication enabled the e-ticketing process.
