• Install, configure, administrate and manage Windows server 2003/2008/R2, MS Terminal Services, SCCM 2010, Lotus Notes 7/8 Client, VMware Virtual server and provide technical Support• Provide support for Nortel BCM 450/400/50 telephone system Setup and create Nortel call reporting software to track everyday calls for Customer Service Rep.• Develop and create reports with crystal software • Provide technical support MS office Suite, Lotus Notes, Outlook 2007 and other company’s software and hardware.• Install company’s software using Microsoft SCCM 2012 and 2007 . Install windows weekly updates and patches • Design, develop and deploy windows 7 images for laptops and desktops using Windows Deployment services and Microsoft Windows AIK tool, transfer old hardware’s data to new hardware using USMT tool • Install and configure and support Laser Printers (HP, Canon, Ricoh), Thermal Label printers (Citizen, Zebra, Plantronics) • Provide technical support for all users and sales team using BMC Remedy ticketing software and involve in company ‘s different projects.• Participate in group or individual weekly meeting with colleague analysts and supervisor and discuss Team development and projects.• Keep knowledge base record and document for all trouble calls on company intranet web site for future references. Also participate in other activity as per requirement.• Daily back up company’s data using Symantec Backup Exec, HP Data Protector Software and restore data as per user requirement.
