Current• Design of Electrical Control Panel for Industrial Refrigeration, Electrical drawings preparation & estimation with the help of ePLAN & AutoCAD software.• Control panel testing for functional units before it is delivered to the client.• PLC programming for the complete refrigeration system with SIEMENS (Step-7, TIA) and Allen Bradley (RsLogix 5000).• Designing HMI’s and SCADA for the user interface with WinCC, and FactoryTalkView.• Programming & commissioning of Reciprocating and Screw compressors of Grasso (NH3 & CO2) and Sabroe manufacturers, Pumps, Fans.• Networking technologies of PLC systems like Profibus-DP, MPI, Ethernet, Profinet and Modbus.• Control design for small scale compressors like Bitzer and Copeland.• Parameterizing, Programming for various Field Instruments corresponding Flow, Pressure, Temperature via Analog signals or networking by Profinet, Ethernet, DP/MPI.• Periodic inspection of Motors for Pumps, Fans, Drives (Siemens, Schneider, Danfoss) and Softstarter & send report to client or Line manager as status.• Preparation of detailed plan for modification of existing Electrical Control Panel and executing its operation.• Calculation of Cables, Cable trays, Trench, Voltage drop calculations, Layout plan for the plant.• Conduct site inspection and prepare co-ordination scheme to integrate third party systems.• Attending Job Kick-Off Meetings and Understanding the Electrical Requirement of Job.• Plans to create energy saving schemes for running plants.• Commissioning, Programming, Automation of various Variable frequency drives like SIEMENS, FUJI, DANFOSS, ALLEN BRADLEY, & Schneider and operating them in PLC network.• Preparation of Electrical Load Schedule & SLD (Single Line Diagram) for Client or Electricity Board Approval using AutoCAD.• To create the Parts List for the required Control Panel and assisting Purchasing Departments, Projects Department in finalizing Filed Instruments or Modification if required.
