I am a dynamic and motivated individual with experience in the construction industry. My passion for the field drives me to constantly improve and strive for perfection in all tasks I undertake. I am a graduate engineer from Poojya Doddappa Appa College of Engineering in Kalaburagi, Karnataka and have honed my skills through practical experience as a Site Engineer and Graduate Engineer Trainee at HEMANTH ENTERPRICES (Civil Contractor), Nashik Maharastra. and Bharat Electronics Limited, Bangalore.During my time in the industry, I have worked on a variety of projects, including different types of flooring works, waterproofing works, structural steel framed works, I have also gained experience in all types of maintenance works, as well as office-related tasks such as estimation, rate analysis, and billing.My academic project, Compost of Organic Waste from PDA Engineering College Campus, showcased my ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to problems. My professional skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, estimation, billing, and rate analysis as per DSR rates, and all modes of measurements. I am also skilled in labor management, maintaining daily work progress reports and MB books, and executing work as per drawing and actual site conditions.I am fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi, which has allowed me to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors from diverse backgrounds.
