Maintain accounts of the organization, ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards and responsible for the consolidation/ finalization of the Financial Statements. Prepare & maintain reconciliation statements, accounts payable and receivables; efficiently carrying out accounts reconciliation in conformity with accounting standards. Systematically handle Month- End related work. Acquire hands on experience in handling Cash / Bank work, Funds flow statement, purchase invoice booking and payment, Spares inventory, etc. Design business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realize organizational goals. Screen new projects and conducting feasibility studies to determine the financial viability of new ventures; projecting cash flow and growth opportunities. Formulate budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and taking corrective actions Manage credit administration function involving following up with debtors to ensure timely receipt of payments and recovery of bad debts. Introduce the debtors outstanding review system. Accountable for finalizing accounts including preparation, reviewing financial statements, notes to accounts and cash flow statements in compliance with GAAP (Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, etc.). Prepare Notes to Accounts and Purchases, Creditors, Sales & Debtors, Fixed assets, Expenses, provisions, computation of deferred tax asset & liability
