GSTSTAR is a comprehensive tech solution to provide GST compliance for professionals, businesses and large organizations. It is developed by Clonect Solutions, a startup backed by V Balakrishnan and T V Mohandas Pai among others.I joined GSTSTAR to take care of initial implementation and continuous upgrade of GSTSTAR on cloud and on-premise servers belonging to clients. Soon, I took responsibility of training and interacting with clinets' tax teams, managers and executives to ensure product successfully caters to their expectations. My job was to identify and overcome any technical challenge in client's environments, train end users on GSTSTAR, address their functional and technical queries, listen to customer's voice for ideas about new features, coordinate with technical partners, help development team in shaping product roadmap, keep a tab on competitor offerings and changes in GSTN platform.Accomplishments at GSTSTAR:✓ Succesfully managed critical and complex accounts by providing special attention to their pain areas, and quickly addressing them. Spoke to everyone from C-Level executives to interns to get their buy-in for capabilities of GSTSTAR.✓ Setup a team of accountants and engineers to support clients for functional and technical issues.
