• Over TEN years experience in IT Staffing company and handling various clients in US. • Sourcing and Screening CVs for the Open Positions as per the Job requirement.• Scheduling Interviews with the Interviewers/Hiring Managers.• Follow-up on status of CVs with the Hiring Managers.• Meeting the Hiring Managers on a weekly basis to know the feedback on the quality of CVs.• Continuous interaction with the Hiring Managers to understand their expectations and any problems faced by them to hire the candidates.• Communicate with other recruiters and Recruitment Managers for any suggestion or help in regards to Hiring.• Updating the Recruitment System ISW about the status of the Candidates created.• Circulating weekly report on the Open Head count positions Vs. Closed positions and CVs Ageing report for the whole team.• Conducting HR Interviews to know the expectations of candidates (role and salary).• Preparation of Offers papers for short listed candidates and couriering it to the Offer generation team and doing the necessary updates.• Follow-up with the candidates on the receipt of offer, their acceptance of Offer and confirmation/negotiation of joining dates.• Speaking to the Offered candidates on a weekly basis to keep them motivated to join the company on time. Updating them about interesting topics relating to the company’s growth or any other events happening.• Screening CVs received through Employee Referrals and arranging interviews/events on weekends and updating the employees on the status of CVs sent. Ensuring that the employees receive the referral benefit if the candidate joins• Coordinating with Vendors for CV’s
