My work was disseminated to various industries i.e. Airports ,Power generation PSU’s, Manufacturing of mobile phones and gadgets, Banking, Educational, transportation, tours and travels, Restaurants & Agriculture.Statutory and central statutory audit- Lead Statutory audit of various entities such as Private, Section 8 companies, LLP’s, Trust and Society resulting in accurate financial reporting.- Assisted in preparing statutory Audit Report in accordance with SA- 700 and CARO-2022.- Managed the Central Statutory Audit of Listed Public Sector Bank having Rs. 76,819 cr advances for several quarters.- Team lead in audit of Bank Branches, Zones and crucial Head Office Departments such as Risk Management Department, Fraud Monitoring Department, Credit Monitoring Department.- Handled areas of compliance with IRAC norms, LFAR reporting, Internal Financial Control, KYC compliance, Fraud detection and Risk control matrix for internal control testing.- Completed a project solely relating to consolidation of LFAR‘s of around 709 branches and 24 departments of head office by using advanced excel techniques integrated with ASAP utilities. Others- Member of the internal audit team for one of the leading corporate player in e-commerce logistics.- Assisted in preparing internal audit reports and Audit Committee presentations.- Performed Tax Audits and Prepared Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with AS-21.- Conducted forensic audit of Argo based startup. Areas handled are misappropriation of funds and misstatements of financial statements.- Filed GST Annual returns and ROC forms such as MGT 07, AOC 04 & Form 8.- Issued Net worth certificates, Fund utilization certificates and drafted tenders for PSU and listed company assignments.
