Feasibility study on geographical expansion into another region for setting up a new manufacturing plant•Research and analysis on the opportunities of starting a fully-fledged manufacturing facility and independent business unit in Asia with a built up space of 200K-250K Sq ft. •Prepared a detailed mind map listing the areas of risk to be scrutinized when entering a new geographical region for setting up a manufacturing plant.•Research included demographics, FDI inflow into the countries in the last years, GDP trend as an economic indicator, manufacturing/industrial development, size of the domestic consumer market, labour opportunities, energy sources and cost, ports and shipping opportunities and international scoring for Ease of doing business, logistical performance, infrastructure, real estate transparency.•Assessed the landed cost of raw materials and machineries and subsequent conversion costs into FG, including labour and overheads for multiple locations.•Assessed Government subsidies, grants and supports for a FDI start up in multiple locations.•Identified and developed SoW for third party research agencies to study the size and structure of the existing market and provide deliverables.•Identified industrial parks with Turnkey and BTS options to setup a facility with adequate power and utilities.•Provided a business case showcasing opportunities, risk, basic financial modelling and time scales.

Project Manager - Business Process Analysis for TenCate Grass, Dubai▪ Complete Business Process Analysis conducted covering the functions in the manufacturing plant in Dubai. Project report submitted to the Management, to drive strategic execution of redesigning the existing processes in the Primary departments and Secondary departments. Project Manager - Business Process Reengineering for the Recycling Department▪ Presented a detailed report to the Management on the opportunities present by restructuring the Recycling department, which in return would provide increased efficiency and output and generate an additional contribution of USD 1.5M from supplemental revenues from the recycled artificial grass market internationally.

Cost and Management Accountant | Financial Management • Monthly preparation of financial reporting pack which includes Balance sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow and major schedules under IFRS, to be reported to The Netherlands through COGNOS.
