• Handling the Buying along with Merchandising at Home Town for Private Label (Living essence).• Selection and procuring of new products • Analysing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.• Make weekly and monthly storewise sales performance and stock report • Ensure all A4 communication are being displayed properly at all the stores.• Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.• Meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock, by negotiating cost prices, ordering stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates and completing the necessary paperwork.• Store visits, Market visit & Competitor analysis• Inventory Management (Goods replenishment to Warehouse & Stores) • Maintaining the product and material master list• Maintain Stock level as per the MOQ• Review store wise sales, stock movement• Allocation and replenishment of merchandise in store on daily basis • Follow up with DC for dispatch of Order's• Make Merchandise Plan for New Stores & make sure effective space should be allocated to each category • Preparing Product launch file containing Article Code / Description / MRP and Photograph wise• Performance analysis of products and stores• Sales and stocks Analysis in each Department • Stocks & Discount Planning for the EOSS & implementation• Store visits, Market visit & Competitor analysis• Vendor Management • Maintaining the vendor & material master list• Preparing PO for all the promotional and saleable product after analyzing the current stock • Follow up with vendor for timely delivery of stocks • Follow up with DC for timely inward of stocks once the stocks have been delivered• Providing the soft copy of Purchase order to vendor• Maintaining stocks in warehouse as per Target stocks by preparing PO & STO• Maintaining the GRN report• Preparing Monthly & Quarterly MIS reports• Making stock V/s sale report vendor wise
