CurrentRoles & Responsibilities: Project Manager , Scrum master and People management.I have been a Project Manager , Scrum master and People management in Supply Chain for project Macy’s - WMS Manhattan implementation.where job responsibilities involve Conducting Scrum Ceremonies, Resource allocation management, mentoring/coaching, and coordination with onsite and offshore personnel in development, dev ops, management, testing, project management, and business analysis. *Lead transformation, coaching, and mentoring to agile teams. Co ordinating with product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of agile principles and practices.* Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly agile rituals take place, with efficiency and discipline.* Be diligent about identifying blockages and developer divergence from allocated tasks; work with product owners and other team members toward resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.* Identify appropriate resource needs; work with appropriate management to get resource commitments; make recommendations in sourcing strategy* Create and manage project schedule; track progress in completing project tasks. Ensure project schedules are as efficient as possible, utilizing critical path analysis where appropriate; and ensure project resources accurately charge time to appropriate tasks.* Coordinate the activities of the cross-functional project team* Manage scope - utilize appropriate tools and processes to manage/track requirements and conflicts; ensure appropriate change management processes/tools are used* Track and manage risk and issues; appropriately escalate to management
