I am a B.Sc. Agriculture graduate from Allahabad State University with diverse expertise. My experience spans mushroom spawn production, tissue culture, and extensive agro-industrial training involving various germplasms. I possess hands-on training in beekeeping, honey processing, and fish breeding from Divyaan Krishi Vigyan Kendra. Additionally, I completed an internship in certified paddy seed production and served as a production trainee for three months at Pan Seeds.My academic journey at DHAN Academy led me to fieldwork in a tribal village in Odisha, and I conducted impactful research on watershed development in Munger district, Bihar. Passionate about agricultural innovation and sustainability, I am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to sustain the community.Recently, I undertook a two-month fieldwork experience in Maharashtra as a part of Development Practice Segment 1. During this time, I actively promoted women's Self-Help Groups (SHGs) for women empowerment and conducted a comprehensive study derived from this engagement. This experience further enriched my understanding of community dynamics and reinforced my commitment to fostering sustainable development practices within agriculture.
