My efforts have led to numerous achievements, including a historic A++ NAAC accreditation with a CGPA of 3.53. Key Achievements: - Led the university into the 101-150 rank band in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) for 2020-2024- Secured NABL Accreditation for the Molecular Biology Lab and NABH Accreditation for the Medical College Hospital and also achieved its empanelment under 15 Central, State, and PSU health schemes - Tripled the intake of the university by establishing the School of Allied Health Sciences, College of Pharmacy, School of Engineering and Management and introducing 28 new UG, PG, and Fellowship programs- Doubled the intake for existing programs in MD/MS, M.Sc. Medical Physics and Bachelor of Physiotherapy - Strengthened research infrastructure and output by signing additional 24 MOUs, and increased funding- Signed 24 MoUs and developed research partnerships with 5 international universities and 7 industrial establishments to strengthen research infrastructure and facilitate student exchange- Implemented the Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS) to enhance the flexibility and quality of education across various programs- Founded the Industry-Innovation Cell, APJ Abdul Kalam Incubation Cell and Entrepreneurship Development Cell to foster innovations and entrepreneurship- Fostered a culture of research and innovation resulting in 42 patents, 23 published patents, 24 copyrights, the incubation of 26 startups, and new social and rural internships for engineering and management students- Established the Simulation and Skills Centre, NCC Unit, and Campus Placement Cell for skill enhancement and employment support- Initiated the Centre for Scientific Social Responsibility, for enhancing social connect and promoting ethical and socially responsible scientific practices and research to address societal challenges
