Serving as subject matter expert in Health & Welfare Benefits Domain @ Wipro. Responsible for execution of ongoing operation tasks. Mentoring and providing SME support to the team. I am also responsible for Client Deliveries.During the time I have worked and working on:▪ Administer Health & Wealth Benefits.▪ Determine employee eligibility and managing enrolments.▪ Working with Insurance providers like (MetLife, UHC etc.) to resolve discrepancies.▪ Handling client escalations.▪ Involved in High Risk Process Audits.▪ Handling critical activities like Payroll, DBP (Direct Billing and Payments), COBRA, Workflows, Annual Enrollment and ICAT/Acceptance Testing.▪ Financial and SLA Reporting.▪ Creating and managing SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).▪ Coaching and Mentoring new team members.▪ Manage and assign daily inventory including adhoc work to the team.▪ Taking client and onshore calls on weekly basis to share updates on pending items and planning to complete the tasks. ▪ To identify process improvement opportunities to streamline the process.▪ To identify potential production defects and submit via defect submission process.▪ Setup the new processes per the client requirement.▪ Repeat Case Analysis.▪ Repeat Calls Analysis.▪ Root Cause Analysis.▪ Collaborating with multiple teams and vendors to meet client requirements and end to end solutions for client & customers.▪ Worked and working on different tools like : JIRA, JAMA, Mainframe, HRx Assist, Share point, Lotus notes, Clear sight etc.
