I am an experienced and passionate educator who has devoted the past seven years of my career to making a positive impact on the education and development of students. My journey as a Science Teacher, Science Consultant, Head of the Science Department, Cambridge program coordinator, and Secondary School Principal has been one of creative thinking, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of academic excellence.Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of working with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures and inspiring them to think critically and creatively. I have successfully deployed and managed Microsoft 365 Education for international school and leveraged my EdTech skills for community development by empowering teachers through professional development trainings and workshops.I have also played a vital role in developing VANDA International Science Olympiad question papers and assessments as a subject matter expert, and moderator leading content authors to develop assessments that are of international standards. In addition, I am a researcher with a passion for science, which led me to discover new antimicrobial natural products. My certification in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education and Harvard Business School Online honed my educational leadership skills and made me more passionate to lead teachers in improving student outcomes. My skills in educational leadership, STEM education, and EdTech have been invaluable in my journey as an educator, and I am excited to utilise these skills to continue to make a positive impact on the education and development of students.
