Roles and Responsibilities:Working as a trainee recruiter as in sourcing, screening, mapping ,emails, calls and follow-ups .Working on various tax terms like corporation to corportaion, W2 and 1099. As sourcing the candidates on the client requirements and skill basis with the help of various job portals like linked in, indeed, monster, tech fetch, Dice, career builder and talent pool etc,Working on various Information technologies and non it on the particular roles and job descriptions. Finding the right candidates and submitting to the clients.Mostly working on niche requirements and rare skill set positions.Experience in working with implementations partners like Mphasis, Hexaware, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HCL and other Direct clients.

Roles and responsibilites:Worked as a Tax consultant assisting clients on their tax returns preparing their tax drafts on a software by the tax documents and client information. Preparing 1040 and 1040-NR Individual returns forms by communicating with tax payers through calls and emails by following the guidelines of Internal Revenue service.

Roles and Responsibilities:Worked as Tax searcher where I used to search various real estate property taxesby calling the County, municipality and local Treasury offices. Searching property taxes on NETRONLINE public records and calculate the taxes and key them in client portal on the other hand used to search various property documents which also called as Title search.
