We were working on Global Cardiovascular Innovation Center (the State of Ohio’s Third Frontier Project) grant to company CardioCeption, LLC (Founder: WK Jones) and this company is a spin out from University of Cincinnati.We were involved in the pre-clinical and clinical work in various cardiovascular conditions. My work was mainly focused toward Translational Research on the development of novel form of remote cardioprotection, which represents a novel therapeutic strategy for cardioprotection with great potential for clinical utility.
