Led a team of 10+ resources and was SPOC for various FLEXCUBE Kernel releases from 12.0.2, 12.0.3 , 12.1 till 12.2 for Retail Branch Module and its functional handshaking with other Core modules. Here my responsibility was to work closely with Business Analysts to convert the BRD for Kernel release to the functional Specs and Design Specs and led the development Team for the delivery with following all the protocols of SDLC and grooming resources on the other hand as well. In these Kernel FLEXCUBE release I have designed various solution for the complex Functional requirements which yet to be configurable for the different geographical banking needs. Few of them which I can say I was owning it are - Single Step Architecture for all functionality, Multi BC issuance , Cash Transfer between Branches and its tracking , Reconciliation of posted retail transactions, Archival of Contracts Data, Charging Any Leg , Customer Limit, NSF (Non-Sufficient Fund Tracking) on complete RT/CG/UP module with Auto settle Block tracking, Centralized - Decentralized Replication logic and data consistency, its development and end to end testing, analyzing and resolving the issues faced during testing.

It was a time when I was working as a Developer in European Cluster and supporting the testing for CSB43 Account statement but things became more challenging when I have been promoted to Application Developer 2 with a 6+ resources team and had been assigned with IMPSUPP Project i.e. Implementation Support at Kernel . Because of penalty of pending MOS, OFSS management had decided to directly pass it to kernel Teams, it was quite of challenge to understand the process of it and support our clients where every Bank across the globe are running at different FLEXCUBE Releases. But this was good for me and I accepted it well and it has given boost to my carrier and knowledge where I became independent in decision making and designing the banking solutions in the guidance of my seniors. Being senior member of the team, this put a high degree of pressure on me. I was approached by almost everybody in the team for clarifications and code understanding of INFRA, Client and DB layer. I was instrumental in the whole team to deliver the fixes that individuals were handling. And the effort was recognized by I-Appreciate Award @ OFSS for the Year where my guidance has helped to generate new batch of Retail Branch module, TD, GW , GI enabled resources and bring down MOS numbers drastically down.

Worked as Developer in FLEXCUBE Kernel Releases 11.0 and 11.1 where my responsibility was to design New RAD screens , Amend the existing ones for the given requirement like for Customer KYCs. This assignment gave me an opportunity to become Expert in Oracle RAD (ODT) Tool and was a single point of contact for my peers. As being in Retail Branch Team my work was mixed in development for the Module specific as well as common functionalities on Core Modules. This is the time when I started adhering to SDLC process and its importance. Data Replication design between host DB and branch remote DB had given more exposure to code and understand the flow of application and execution time utilizations. With this learning Later on, I have contributed with other teams in OFSS for the Performance Tunning project as well for Base FLEXCUBE releases.

Post Training completion .got opportunity to work on various Flexcube modules to understand the Universal Banking solution and the customer specific needs. Worked on converting the Design document to real Functionality with the use of RAD tool and pl/SQL concepts.
