I am Managing Partner and Group Chairman of MHA, as well as Chairman of the firm’s London Office and Southern Region. In addition to my governance role, much of my time is devoted to business advisory work with a diverse portfolio of clients. I head up the firm’s Financial Services and Natural Resources sectors and also the team which works with Listed Companies and other PIEs. I am the Reporting and Relationship partner for two listed companies, a number of other PIEs, 7 UK banks and the European arm of one of the largest banks in the world.My role as a senior director of Baker Tilly International involves me proactively leading collaborative working between Baker Tilly International global offices. I also lead Baker Tilly’s global financial sector team.I am a non-executive director of a listed Real Estate Investment Trust and Chairman of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee. Until recently I was Chairman of the Risk and Audit Committee of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
